“This is such an overdue review. I have been attending Kathy's yoga class since autumn 2022 and it has been pretty much life-changing, on a personal level. All levels of yoga experience, (I had zero) are welcomed and embraced. There is breathing, flow, stretch, rest and laughs. It truly is one of the highlights of my week, it is such a lovely class and group of people, and has paved the way to so many other beneficial areas of my life which I am truly grateful for. I cannot wait to try SUP yoga in a couple of weeks. A good teacher shows the way. Written with the utmost gratitude. Hayley”

The most exhilarating experience on a beautiful lake. Kathy was very friendly making the class fun. Have never paddle boarded before and managed to do a bit of yoga and stand up. Highly recommend 🙏
Super inclusive and fun session particularly for someone who is a complete newbie to Yoga!
